*Leona Golding* Broker / Sales Manager	When my husband Alan and I moved back to my hometown of St. Andrews in 1995 we came seeking a place by the sea and a community in which to feel safe and welcomed. The natural beauty of Charlotte County, the environment, and the people more than filled that need. Since moving back “home” Alan and I have been very active with local and provincial community groups, getting to understand and know what our local communities are all about. Since 2003 I have been serving the real estate needs here in Charlotte County, building a reputation based upon honesty, integrity, and professionalism, and I place a lot of importance in developing and maintaining client relationships. Now, as I embark on this exciting launch of the Fundy Bay Real Estate Group Inc., a brand new real estate brokerage company serving South West New Brunswick, with its head office in St Andrews, I plan to build the company on these core values of honesty and integrity and professionalism. In this business, where communication and negotiation are so very important, my work experience, first with the province of New Brunswick, and then in marketing support with IBM Canada in Vancouver, have prepared and positioned me well.
